Senior AI Research Engineer - Nexthink - Remote - Global

We are looking for a Senior AI Research Engineer to join our research team and help shape the next generation of AI agents at Nexthink. The role involves leading the design and development of AI agents and features, from vague problem definition to production deployment impacting millions of users. The candidate will drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, and guide the team’s technical direction, priorities, and execution. Responsibilities include exploring new AI technologies, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a BSc/MSc in AI, CS, Data Science, or related field, with 3-7+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in AI engineering, ML, LLMs, agents, or applied AI systems. Experience in enterprise-scale products is a plus.
