The role of Sales Director in Benelux involves leading overall sales strategy and performance, developing sales teams, engaging with enterprise customers, and building a high-standard sales culture. The position offers an opportunity to elevate a trusted brand and expand market potential through strategic, enterprise-led selling. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with proven experience in complex enterprise sales, team development, credibility with C-level executives, and the ability to drive cultural change with high autonomy. The role is based on-site in Nunspeet, Gelderland, Netherlands.
