J. Rinta-Jouppi's Porvoo branch has grown into one of the most rapidly developing units in the chain. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to strengthen our Porvoo branch. The role involves leading the daily operations of the sales team, developing sales, pricing vehicles, managing inventory, analyzing results, and developing sales processes. The team currently consists of 15 professionals, with a selection of about 300 vehicles, and digital sales are a significant part of the business, making understanding modern sales channels an advantage. The ideal candidate has proven sales leadership experience, understands car dealership operations, can lead and motivate people, is energetic, proactive, and understands digital sales channels. Fluency in Swedish is also valued.
