Join the #hyvintekijöiden community! Your tasks As a department secretary, you will be responsible for customer service and administrative handling related to foot care service vouchers. You will ensure that the service process is smooth, timely, and customer-oriented, and that clients are directed to treatment according to their individual care needs. The role may also include other core tasks essential to the unit's operations. You will work at Keskustan Health Center located at Käsityöläiskatu 2, 20100 Turku. Our approximately 90-person team is characterized by a good working atmosphere, strong team spirit, and respectful, efficient collaboration across professional groups. You will be supported by an experienced team and meaningful work where administrative skills directly support patient care. We expect you to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and possess good communication and customer service skills. The job requires careful, organized, and responsible work habits, as well as understanding of social and health care service voucher processes or readiness to learn them. Good Finnish language skills are required. Digital skills and previous experience with service vouchers are considered an advantage. Eligibility requires a suitable secondary vocational qualification and relevant experience or a social and health care vocational qualification (practical nurse) or an equivalent level of education.
