Class Teacher - Tammelan kunta - Tammela, Finland

The Municipality of Tammela is seeking a class teacher for a permanent position starting 1.9.2026 at Yhtenäiskoulu Harmonia. The selected candidate is also required to be qualified to teach Finnish language and literature as well as crafts (hard materials). The teacher will work as part of the teaching staff alongside other teachers and school assistants. You are the teacher we are looking for if your approach to work is flexible, your attitude is positive and committed. We also consider straightforward everyday cooperation, interpersonal encounters, and smooth group management to be important. The position requires good proficiency in the Finnish language. Experience in S2 instruction is considered an advantage. Eligibility requirements are determined in accordance with the Decree on the Eligibility Requirements for Teaching Staff (986/1998) and its subsequent amendments. The position is subject to a six (6) month probationary period. Salary and other terms of employment are determined according to OVTES.
