AALTOVOIMA - WITH THE POWER OF A WAVE Our client company is Finland's leading manufacturer of wood elements, and we are now looking for energetic and responsible workers for the production of wood element products. The factory is located in Pälkäne, with excellent transportation connections – approximately a 30-minute drive from Tampere city center. Previous experience in construction or carpentry industries and familiarity with tools are considered advantages, but above all, we value the right attitude and willingness to learn. The work is full-time and performed in two shifts, so readiness for shift work is essential. The work is carried out both independently and as part of a team, so good teamwork skills are important. Valid occupational safety and fire safety certificates are a plus, but training will be provided if necessary. The work begins according to agreement or immediately after suitable candidates are found, and there are long-term opportunities. Assistance with accommodation can also be provided if needed.
