We are now looking for motivated and committed professionals to act as entrepreneurs in the role of family home parents. As a family home parent, you will provide around-the-clock (24/7) support and upbringing for children and young people in a homelike environment. You will be supported by a part-time staff team, which you recruit and hire into your own company. The work is independent and responsible, and you operate as an entrepreneur within the family home operation. The professional operation of a family home is based on care and upbringing in accordance with the child's best interests, carried out by two adults. Family home parents do not need to be a couple, but one of them must have at least a university of applied sciences (AMK) level education in social and health care. Requirements for the role: * One parent must have an AMK-level qualification, e.g., social worker, nurse, or public health nurse * Previous experience in child protection client work * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Readiness to operate as an entrepreneur in a 24/7 operation * Valid Valvira registration and social and health care professional card The role requires a criminal record extract for work with children and a B driver's license.
