Service Salesperson - Certego Oy - Kokkola, Finland

We are looking for a proactive and motivated service salesperson for permanent employment to sell surveillance services and security technology such as camera solutions in the Kokkola area. Success in the role depends mainly on the right attitude, interest in the security sector, and willingness to learn. Previous experience is a plus but not necessary – we will train you. You will succeed if you are genuinely interested in sales and security solutions, eager to learn, open-minded, and development-oriented. You enjoy customer encounters both remotely and in person, and solving customer needs. You are active, self-driven, and proactive. You want to develop into an expert salesperson long-term. The role requires interest in surveillance services and camera solutions, readiness to learn products, services, and sales models, good communication skills in Finnish, and English skills are an advantage. Having a security guard card issued by authorities and a clean criminal record is required. Good oral and written skills in Finnish and Swedish are necessary, along with basic ICT skills. Advantageous but not required are previous B2B sales or customer service experience, experience in the security sector, technology, or service sales, and understanding of corporate customer environments.
