Job Description

Basic qualifications - 5+ years of customer-facing experience in implementing SaaS or on-premise systems. - Proven experience delivering customer projects with a focus on both delivery timelines and quality. - Ability to work in Tokyo or Osaka, with remote work also supported. Preferred qualifications - Experience delivering paid projects (from design through implementation and go-live confirmation) or equivalent end-to-end experience. - Practical experience running change management or issue management in projects with multiple stakeholders. - Experience supporting customer adoption and measurable outcomes after launch through follow-ups or customer success-related work.
