Job Description

Our client is an innovative and international technology company acting as a pioneer in the marine and energy markets. Here are your main responsibilities: Coach and mentor teams and individuals in agile principles, practices, and mindset across the Engine Automation development organisation. Drive systemic improvement by identifying and removing organisational impediments that span multiple teams, ensuring optimisation for the whole rather than individual team silos. Lead change initiatives hands-on — you don't just advise, you actively drive transformation efforts from ideation through execution. Facilitate collaboration between software and hardware development teams, bridging differences in cadence, tooling, and ways of working. Support leadership in adopting servant-leadership behaviours and creating an environment of psychological safety and continuous learning. Design and implement agile frameworks and practices tailored to the realities of combined hardware/software product development. Enable transparency through appropriate metrics, visualisation, and feedback loops that support informed decision-making at all levels. Champion a culture of experimentation, learning from failure, and relentless improvement We are looking for To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a genuine curiosity for learning new things and a passion for the continuous improvement of working methods.
