What does your workday include? In this role, your main task is car repair and maintenance, but you are responsible for ensuring the process runs smoothly from start to finish. Your duties include: Car repairs and maintenance: Versatile troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, and repairs for various car brands. Customer service and work intake: Greeting customers, listening to the car's symptoms, and trusting your knowledge of what is needed. Cost estimates and parts orders: Calculating the price for the work, ordering the correct parts, and keeping the customer informed. Why choose an independent KLX-Service over a large chain? Solid automotive expertise: You already have experience in car maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting (multi-brand knowledge is a big advantage). Customer service attitude: You speak clearly about cars so that even laypeople understand. You are reliable, friendly, and service-oriented. Organizational skills: Preparing cost estimates and ordering parts requires carefulness, computer skills, and familiarity with repair shop software. Driving license (B license is essential). Excellent command of English and Finnish.
