Senior Software Engineer - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve core components of iModel Cloud Sync Services. This role focuses on developing reliable, scalable cloud services that ingest, transform, and synchronize engineering data from diverse sources into the iTwin platform. As a Senior Engineer, you will work hands-on with distributed systems and cloud-native technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver robust, production-grade solutions. Responsibilities include designing cloud-native ETL services, building event-driven microservices, developing workflows for long-running tasks, deploying via Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, building fault-tolerant data pipelines, managing schema versioning, applying resilience strategies, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications include 7+ years in software engineering with proficiency in .Net, C#, Azure, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, experience with ETL pipelines, observability, CI/CD, large-scale data, schema evolution, and collaboration skills.
