**WELCOME TO WORK AT MONTESSORI DAYCARE MONTSA!** Vantaa Montessori School Montsa Support Association is seeking a Montessori Teacher/Montessori Guide (0-3 years or 3-6 years) for Montessori Daycare Montsa. The position is temporary from August 3, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension if a suitable candidate is found. Montsa is a private daycare maintained by the support association, located within easy access near Tikkurila station. Despite the proximity to the station, we operate in a cozy wooden building with a spacious outdoor yard. Montsa is a small and warm place where both children and adults feel good and can wonder about life. About 40 children and 10 staff members are in our care. Montsa has its own kitchen and chef. Montessori pedagogy is at the heart of our activities and is reflected in everything we do. We are looking for an early childhood education professional with a Montessori Teacher/Montessori Guide (0-3 years or 3-6 years) qualification or other early childhood education qualification, who is passionate about Montessori pedagogy and eager to develop their skills. We value an active, positive attitude towards working with children, initiative, and enthusiasm for developing the daycare’s activities. The Montessori Teacher/Montessori Guide participates in planning, implementing, and developing the pedagogical activities of the group together with the rest of the caregiving team.
