Team leader responsible for building critical infrastructure and leading a top team. Green energy growth and the functionality of critical infrastructure do not wait. We are now looking for a team leader to take responsibility for managing and developing the construction business. As a team leader, you support your team, actively develop operations in new areas, perform customer work, and ensure the achievement of set goals. As a supervisor, you care about your team members' well-being, enable smooth daily work, and innovate together to develop new services and operations. You report directly to the head of the electricity network business and participate in steering group activities. Your success is also supported by skilled colleagues across Despro's various business areas. You can influence the content of your role based on your experience and interests flexibly. Your background could include some of the following: - Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes and experience in initiating large construction projects - Experience in leading projects in industries such as manufacturing, road and rail networks, electrical networks, or similar - Experience in the electricity network sector, network construction, and possibly existing networks - Development-oriented mindset and eagerness to set high goals - Valuing the well-being of your team members and customer satisfaction.
