We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our team in Rovaniemi. The work includes individual rehabilitation, which is carried out either at our clinic or in the client's daily environment in Rovaniemi and nearby municipalities. We have spacious therapy and office facilities on Lähteentie, close to the city center with good transportation links and parking. Part-time work is also possible. The monthly salary for a full-time speech therapist working on a salary basis is between €4,030 and €4,739, depending on experience and work area. Speech therapists working on a performance-based model typically earn between €4,000 and €6,500 per month, depending on your workload. Working under the performance-based model is flexible—you can work less, earning accordingly, or more, potentially earning significantly above the average. To succeed in this role, you need: A degree as an occupational therapist and a speech therapist qualification granted by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health. At least two years of work experience in rehabilitation after completing your occupational therapy degree. A driving license and access to a car.
