Job Description
FORCIT, a leading manufacturer of explosives and defense systems, is seeking a Procurement Director for Forcit Defence to develop and lead procurement operations supporting business growth, logistics, and inventory management. The role involves managing direct procurement, leading operational purchasing and strategic category work, and later expanding to indirect procurement. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in manufacturing procurement, ERP system implementation, and the ability to lead change. The position is mainly based in Hanko, with a four-day workweek at the office. The role offers a significant leadership opportunity in a growing Finnish defense and technology company.
