Construction Manager - Senaatti-kiinteistöt - Helsinki, Finland

We are a partner of the Finnish defense administration, building and maintaining defense facilities and organizing their services in all security situations. Our special task is to ensure the functionality of defense system facilities in exceptional conditions and serious disturbances. We are looking for a new construction manager as the current holder retires. The role involves leading the Construction and Security Technology unit, overseeing construction activities in defense facilities, managing a portfolio of projects worth approximately 400-500 million euros annually, and leading about 50 staff members. The position requires strong leadership, extensive experience in construction project management, and a relevant higher education degree, preferably DI/architect. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, good English, and Swedish skills are a plus. The work can be performed at any Senaatti location across Finland, with hybrid work possible.
