KoVa – from target to influencer. How to increase opportunities for influence for marginalized groups? The project strengthens the equal participation and influence opportunities of young adults in Northern Finland. We are now looking for a full-time employee to join the Rovaniemi sub-implementation of the project starting August 1. Do you know about participation themes and various social and community influence methods? Have you previously worked with vulnerable young adults? Are you familiar with educational modeling, prototyping, or have experience in organizing training? Or are you a project expert? If you answered yes, this is the place for you. Your tasks: - Leading influencer groups in the Rovaniemi area - Starting new groups according to the project plan - Communicating with influencer groups - Increasing awareness of the needs of marginalized youth - Modeling influencer group activities and creating training models in collaboration with other project actors - Continuing the educational process of influencer groups, if necessary in cooperation with other stakeholders - Participating in multidisciplinary activities and networks in the region We hope you have: - A suitable higher education degree - Experience working with vulnerable groups, outreach youth work, or workshop activities - Good interaction skills - Good oral and written communication skills in Finnish - Willingness to travel - Additionally, experience in project-based work, communication, or service design is appreciated
