We are looking for Finnish-speaking personal assistants for high school studies in Spanish and Italian. Hello to everyone interested! We are seeking new assistants for the assistance circle for independent living and studying in Jyväskylä. Lessons start in August. Other subjects where help is needed include Finnish as a mother tongue, history, and Swedish. The client lives independently, so hygiene assistance (shower, toilet) and cooking are also part of the job. As a personal assistant, you help our clients live their own lives to the fullest. Onni’s clients are individuals who need help with daily tasks due to illness or disability. You assist with household chores and activities outside the home. You do not need formal training or previous experience; a positive attitude towards assistance work, willingness to learn, and customer-oriented approach in various situations are sufficient. All new assistants will receive comprehensive training at Onni’s own Assistant Academy before starting work, and training continues as needed during employment. You will receive ongoing guidance and support from your team supervisor, so you will never be alone with questions or work-related challenges; we take care of that! B2-level Finnish language skills are required, Knowledge of Spanish and Italian is an advantage. Must be of legal age.
