Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor in hull assembly, you will lead the daily production related to the ship’s hull assembly. You will ensure HSE matters and production quality and keep the schedule on track. You will work in close collaboration with different departments and partners to ensure smooth progress of the work. What we expect: suitable technical education and several years of experience in similar roles. You are responsible, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of your work and your team. You have strong collaboration and teamwork skills and enjoy a role where success depends on smooth cooperation with various stakeholders. You also master English well enough to operate in an international work environment. Experience in shipbuilding is considered advantageous, but we will train you in shipbuilding with experienced mentors.
