Maintenance Technician / Plant Technician - K. & H. Annala Oy - Lapua, Finland

Join us in keeping the Finnish textile industry running in Annala, Lapua. Annala Oy is looking for a maintenance technician / plant technician for a permanent position as part of the story of a Finnish weaving mill over 100 years old. We are seeking a person who wants to learn, develop, and keep the machines and production in motion. The most important qualities for us are the right attitude, systematic approach, and problem-solving willingness, rather than a finished package. Annala is Finland's only upholstery fabric manufacturer. Alongside traditional textile expertise, we also develop new technical solutions and modern production methods. In this role, you will work with a variety of textile machines, production equipment, and maintenance in a historic but continuously evolving factory environment. Your tasks include, for example: Maintenance and servicing of production machines Troubleshooting and repairs Machine adjustments and installations Participating in production development Preventive maintenance Cooperation with production and external suppliers We hope you have: A systematic and careful work approach Problem-solving skills and initiative Interest in technology and machines A suitable technical background, for example: Mechanical engineering Electrical and automation engineering Pneumatics Finnish and English language skills German language skills are considered an advantage Previous experience in industrial maintenance, electrical work, pneumatics, or production equipment is beneficial but not essential.
