Key User, Accounts Payable - YIT Oyj - Helsinki, Finland

As a Key User, Accounts Payable, you will play an important role in supporting our Accounts Payable team, which is responsible for the YIT Group’s purchase invoice, travel, and expense claim handling. In this role, you will take care of various accounts payable tasks, including purchase invoice handling, supplier maintenance, and other team responsibilities. In addition to your specialist tasks, you will act as one of the team’s global key users, supporting the development and effective use of systems and processes. What you'll do * Conduct end-user trainings during and after the implementation of new systems and in new ways of working. * Support end users in utilizing the solutions effectively. * Serve as single point of contact for the system and process related end user questions and concerns. * Escalate system errors and provide solutions in collaboration with other key users and stakeholders. * Have a significant role in solution testing during the system implementations and updates * Initiate and participate in development projects, representing the local and end user viewpoints. * Act as an enthusiastic and positive change agent of the future systems. * Create and maintain working instructions with process context for the applications. An important part of your job is also handling purchase invoices related to the accounts payable process.
