Receptionist for the Christmas season, Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi - Staffpoint Holding Oy

Staffpoint is seeking a receptionist for Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi in Luosto during the Christmas season. The receptionist's duties are diverse and include key tasks such as handling reservations, email and phone services, guest check-in and check-out, and billing. The work begins on November 20, 2026, and is expected to last until approximately January 3, 2027. Shifts are scheduled between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., with about 90 hours of work over three weeks. The employment relationship is established between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace. We expect from you: - Ability to work independently and make decisions - Previous experience as a receptionist is considered an advantage - Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar hotel reservation systems - Fluent Finnish and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
