Job Description

We are seeking a fixed-term service secretary for the Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services. The initial placement is in elderly care services in the central and southern parts of the wellbeing area. The work begins on August 17, 2026, and ends on December 31, 2026. The work location is in Vaasa. We offer diverse tasks in secretarial duties for elderly care services. The job responsibilities include: - Data entry into customer and patient information systems - Document and case management tasks - Invoice verification - Archiving tasks - Preparation and implementation tasks - Other support and office tasks. We value responsibility, good interaction skills, a service-oriented attitude, and flexibility. Previous experience in social services or other secretarial tasks is considered an advantage. We appreciate good IT skills, the ability to learn new software, and experience with patient and customer information systems (e.g., Lifecare). A service secretary is expected to have good teamwork skills, the ability to work independently, and the skill to organize their work according to operational needs. We offer a fixed-term employment contract. We have flexible working hours, remote work options, and opportunities to develop your skills in various tasks and processes within a changing organization. Qualifications: - Suitable higher education degree or secondary vocational qualification. - Good oral and written skills in both national languages of our country. - A trial period applies.
