IFS Copperleaf is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Lead to drive our commercial operations and ensure alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will own the pricing and commercial strategy for our asset investment planning solutions, playing a pivotal part in optimizing revenue streams, customer relationships, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, finance, sales, and marketing to develop and execute strategies that support growth in a SaaS environment. This role requires travel every quarter to Vancouver, London, and other locations. Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the price book, leading pricing strategy, owning commercial strategy, partnering with product and finance teams, overseeing renewals, managing contracts, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. Qualifications include proven SaaS experience, strong data analysis skills, finance or accounting background, excellent collaboration and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Additional benefits include a salary range of $150K - $200K CAD plus bonus, flexible paid time off, insurance, RRSP, and other perks. The role is based in Toronto with travel requirements.
