In your daily work, you will advise and guide customers, maintain the safety of the site, monitor the smooth operation of key functions of the property, prevent incidents, and respond to disturbances. We hope you have experience in customer service roles such as reception services or other customer service tasks, and that you are proficient in common office software. We expect a positive attitude towards customer service, the ability to work independently and make decisions. You should be firm and capable of handling difficult customer service situations if necessary. A clean criminal background, work experience in the security sector, a valid security guard license, and customer service skills are required.
