CNC Machinist / Production Worker Kerava - Smart Workers Oy - Kerava, Finland

We are looking for a CNC machinist / production worker for our client in Kerava for a permanent and full-time position. You will work in a modern, clean, and safe production environment where high-quality plastic components are manufactured for various industries. This role is suitable for someone who wants to develop in diverse production tasks, enjoys practical work, and values a close-knit, skilled team. Previous experience in machining is a clear advantage, but the most important thing is good technical understanding and willingness to learn. The work begins as a temporary agency position, with excellent opportunities to transfer to the client company's payroll later. What does the work involve? As a production worker, you will participate in the end-to-end manufacturing of plastic components. The work is practical, varied, and rewarding—you will see the tangible results of your work in the finished products. Your tasks include, among others: Changing parts on machines, Handling and processing raw materials, Sawing and cutting, Using a panel mill, Operating CNC machines in production, Measuring parts and quality control, Finishing of finished products, Daily maintenance of machines and workstations. The work is in two shifts (Mon–Fri) between 6:00 and 22:00. We expect from you: Experience in industrial production tasks (e.g., metal, plastic, or wood industry), Readiness for two-shift work, Careful and precise work attitude, Good technical understanding, Motivation to learn new skills and develop your expertise, Fluent Finnish language skills.
