Job Description
Sotkanranta is a new tourism area being developed in the Kantola region of Hämeenlinna, where a restaurant, lake nature, and summer socializing come together. Sotkanranta's restaurant is a place where visitors enjoy good food, relaxed service, and a unique environment. We are looking for team members to join Sotkanranta for summer 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for overall kitchen operations and daily smoothness, planning and implementing menus, daily supply orders, leading kitchen staff and scheduling shifts, quality, hygiene, and self-monitoring, maintaining a positive atmosphere together with other supervisors. We expect from you relevant education and experience in kitchen tasks, experience in supervisory roles or readiness to take on a supervisory role, good organizational and teamwork skills, resilience under pressure and a positive attitude, willingness to share your expertise with colleagues, good Finnish language skills.
