Department Manager - Biltema - Remote - Global

Biltema is a family company with passionate and proud employees. We are expanding with new stores in Oulu, Joensuu, Kokkolä, and Hämeenlinna. We are seeking a Department Manager for our Kouvola store. The role involves managing the entire department, ensuring sales growth, presentation, and stock levels. The manager is part of the store management team, responsible for the overall store operations during their shift. Requirements include retail experience, leadership skills, responsibility, initiative, organization, flexibility, and ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position is permanent, full-time, with a monthly salary between €2050–€2331 plus a 5% department responsibility bonus, with additional evening and weekend pay. The workweek is 37.5 hours.
