atNorth is a Nordic data center leader focusing on scalable, sustainable high-density colocation and built-to-suit facilities. We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to support our community strategy, coordinate initiatives, and build stakeholder relationships across our sites in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The role involves event planning, KPI tracking, and collaboration with marketing teams. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of relevant experience, fluent English and a Nordic language, and skills in program coordination and community outreach. Job Details
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the community engagement strategy aligned with atNorth’s corporate goals and engagement pillars
- Coordinate and implement roadmaps, action plans, and campaigns across site and corporate levels
- Execute and manage community engagement initiatives and programs across all atNorth locations
- Define, track, and report on KPIs, success metrics, and overall engagement performance
- Coordinate day-to-day administration of tools, platforms, and processes supporting community engagement operations
- Support execution of internal community engagement programs and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key community stakeholders and local partners
- Engage with community members through surveys, conversations, and feedback channels to identify needs and opportunities
- Coordinate internally with atNorth stakeholders and translate initiatives into clear, actionable activities
- Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and meetings, including calendars, co-hosting with partners, and related communications in collaboration with Marketing & Communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing & Communications, Political Science, Sociology) or equivalent practical experience
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
- Experience in program coordination
- Experience in event or activity planning and execution
- Experience in community outreach and engagement
- Solid administrative coordination and communication skills
- Ability to track data and support reporting
- Skills in creating and developing PowerPoint presentations
- Flexibility to travel occasionally
