Café and Customer Service Worker - Kemin Matkailu Oy - Kemi, Finland

We are looking for an energetic and service-minded individual for a versatile customer service role in the busy environment of Kemi Arena. Job Description In your work, you will play a central role in creating the customer experience. You will be responsible for: - Customer service and guidance at the bowling alley - Operating the café (sales, cash register work, product display) - Ensuring customer comfort and cleanliness of the premises - Upselling and active customer engagement The work is varied and includes both independent work and teamwork.
