As an early childhood education teacher, you are a team leader, pedagogical director, and community builder. Your responsibilities include: Leading the team and organizing daily operations to support children's learning, development, and well-being in accordance with early childhood education law. Building learning environments with your team where curiosity and joy are visible and felt in every corner. Planning activities where each child can be met and heard as themselves. Creating routines that support the development of emotional skills, interaction, and cooperation, and initiating preventive support measures quickly. What do we expect from you? Qualification for an early childhood education teacher position and fluent Finnish language skills. If no qualified early childhood education teacher is found, we will fill the positions with temporary early childhood education social workers. Ability to lead and inspire a team and leverage its diverse strengths. Desire to make early childhood education inspiring and heartfelt. Pedagogical courage, active development attitude, and ability to think outside the box. Ability to genuinely meet children and see each child as an opportunity. A criminal record certificate based on the law on background checks of persons working with children (504/2002) is required for working with children.
