Are you an early childhood education teacher who wants to influence, develop, and build new things? With us, you won't step into a ready-made mold but will genuinely participate in developing early childhood education responsibly, bravely, and collaboratively. For us, early childhood education is more than care and pedagogy. It is a societal task that lays the foundation for a child's well-being. We are the largest Finnish-owned provider of early childhood education services, and our entire operation is guided by the child's joy, learning, and well-being. Our work is based on community-based pedagogy, where play, interaction, and joint learning strengthen children's learning readiness as well as emotional and social skills. Our goal is to intervene early and support children's well-being from early childhood education. Come join our team to build early childhood education that truly makes a difference in the daily lives of children and families! As an early childhood education teacher, you are a team leader, pedagogical director, and community builder. Your responsibilities include: Leading the team and organizing daily operations to support children's learning, development, and well-being in accordance with early childhood education law. Building learning environments with your team where curiosity and joy are visible and felt in every corner. Planning activities where each child can be met and heard as themselves. Creating routines that support the development of emotional skills, interaction, and cooperation, and initiating preventive support measures quickly. Developing pedagogy with colleagues to strengthen a supportive atmosphere and evolving operational culture. Actively collaborating with guardians, multidisciplinary networks, and local actors in a genuine partnership spirit. What do we offer you? A permanent employment contract and the opportunity to influence your own work. A community where participation, joint learning, and pedagogical courage are everyday. A culture where you can grow professionally and try new approaches. An employment relationship flexible to different life situations. Excellent employee benefits: An exceptionally broad staff benefit program with over 90 carefully selected benefits ranging from travel to well-being and everyday experiences, up to 25% discounts, ePassi, extensive occupational health services. What do we expect from you? Qualification for an early childhood education teacher position and fluent Finnish language skills. If no qualified early childhood education teacher is found, we will fill the positions with temporary early childhood education social workers. Ability to lead and inspire a team and leverage its diverse strengths. Desire to make early childhood education inspiring and heartfelt. Pedagogical courage, active development attitude, and ability to think outside the box. Ability to genuinely meet children and see each child as an opportunity. A criminal record certificate based on the law on background checks of persons working with children (504/2002) is required for working with children.
