Store Manager for our Lohja store - Normal Finland Oy - Lohja, Finland

We are now seeking a store manager for our Normal store on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2026! NORMAL is a young, dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe in just a few years. Our growth in Finland continues. In Finland, we have opened over 90 stores, and expansion is ongoing. We offer our customers permanently low prices and thousands of "normal" products, with exciting new items added weekly across various product categories. Your responsibilities include being responsible for the store's success and customer experience, leading your team enthusiastically, and continuously developing the store. Experience in store management and results responsibility is required. You should be curious, eager to learn, able to work independently, attentive to details, customer-oriented, and able to work quickly under pressure. Fluency in Finnish and English is necessary. You will actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL’s business concept.
