Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (IGT1) - IFS - Remote - Global

The job involves driving comprehensive manual testing efforts for complex new features by creating robust test plans, designing detailed test cases, and performing rigorous exploratory, functional, and regression testing. The role includes leveraging AI tools to identify edge cases, improve test coverage, and enhance defect reporting. The candidate will spearhead and champion test automation within an Agile development process, taking full ownership of test design, development, maintenance, and enhancing scalable automation frameworks, while identifying opportunities to leverage AI to reduce repetitive testing activities. They will also innovate the testing lifecycle by integrating AI tools and techniques to optimize test generation, execution, and defect analysis. The role requires designing, developing, and maintaining robust end-to-end test automation suites using Selenium and/or Playwright. The candidate must apply their solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, and testing methodologies to deliver high-quality software releases, testing complex, high-traffic, enterprise-scale applications to meet performance and security standards. They will work closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand requirements, prioritize defect resolution, and prevent bugs early in the cycle.
