Legal Operations Specialist - Verda - Remote - Global

We’re looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational backbone of Verda’s legal function. This is a foundational role where you’ll design systems, processes, and tooling largely from scratch, helping the business operate efficiently as we grow across jurisdictions, teams, and product lines. You’ll work closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and commercial teams to ensure legal requests, contracts, approvals, and external counsel relationships are managed consistently and at scale. This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity. You’ll play a key role in enabling Verda’s growth by building scalable legal operations infrastructure that supports commercial velocity while maintaining strong governance and risk management standards.
