We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented caretaker for our client for a summer job. The work begins according to agreement and continues until the end of August 2026. In this role, you will perform diverse maintenance and repair tasks and assist residents with everyday issues. The workweek is 37.5 hours on weekdays, and there are no weekend on-call duties. The workday begins at your local break room, where the day's maintenance tasks are reviewed. You will work as part of a maintenance team, handling fault reports in homes and minor interior repairs in apartments. During the day, you might fix a leaking tap, unblock a floor drain, bleed a radiator, or change lights in common areas. The work is practical and varied, with good onboarding provided. Experience in interior maintenance and repair work in property management, fluent Finnish skills, sufficient English skills, a proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and at least a B driving license are required.
