Would you like to lead diverse ship design projects and help shape the future of the maritime industry? Allstars Group is now looking to strengthen its ship design team in Turku with a project manager. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating design projects from start to finish. Your goal is to ensure that projects progress as planned and that objectives related to schedules, budgets, and quality are achieved. Your tasks will include various project management activities such as resource planning, project scheduling, risk management, guiding design teams, and ensuring smooth collaboration among stakeholders. You will work closely with clients, design teams, project coordinators, sales, and subcontractors. Your work will focus on different types of ship design projects, overseeing projects comprehensively from the design phase to the finished product. You may handle multiple projects depending on their size. Project durations vary from a few months to several years, and projects may range from interior ship projects to newbuilds. We also undertake repair ship projects if needed. This role offers a great opportunity to see firsthand how new ships are built at Finnish shipyards and to see your work come to life at sea.
