Technical Specialist

Technical specialist role within Bosch Home Comfort, based in Vantaa, Finland. You will be a key member of the technical support team working closely with installers, service partners, and other colleagues to resolve a range of technical challenges relating to heat pumps and heating systems. You will provide professional technical guidance to partners by phone and email, assist installers and service workshops with troubleshooting, installation, and operation of our products, and work with customers, colleagues, and factory experts on more complex technical issues. You will ensure ongoing support for partners so they can serve end customers effectively, develop your own technical skills, and grow as a Bosch heat pump and system solutions expert. Required experience includes practical work with heat pump installation, service, or fault finding, and a good understanding of heating systems. You should be able to communicate fluently in Finnish (spoken and written) and in English (spoken and written) as you will work with Nordic and international colleagues. You should be positive, collaborative, and customer‑oriented, with good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Beneficial qualifications include relevant technical education (e.g., engineering or technician degree in HVAC, energy, electrical, refrigeration or automation), knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, and prior technical support or similar expert tasks.
