Maintenance Team Lead - Saarioinen Oy - Kangasala, Finland

Saarioinen is a Finnish family business and a leading ready-meal company. We have been making food since 1957, starting in Sahalahti, Kangasala. Today we produce food in Valkeakoski, Huittinen, and Rapla, Estonia, with approximately 1,200 employees. We cherish traditions while continuously developing new things together with Finns. Come and help keep things running at our factory in Sahalahti, Kangasala. We are looking for a Maintenance Team Lead for our skilled team. In this role, you will be in the middle of the action – ensuring that production runs smoothly and developing maintenance together with a skilled team. What will you do? - Lead the daily work of a 10-person electrical maintenance team and ensure everyday smoothness. - Influence the development of operating methods in your area of responsibility. - Take care of occupational safety and ensure the team has good conditions to succeed in their work. - Be part of the factory's 30-person maintenance team and work closely with production to ensure the factory's undisturbed operation. - Influence and take responsibility, supported by a skilled work community. What do we hope for from you? - Experience in industrial maintenance and maintenance systems. - Supervisory experience from an industrial environment. - Ability to lead a team, support daily activities, and get people to succeed together. - A solution-oriented and analytical way of working. - Courage to make decisions and manage overall processes. - Appropriate education (e.g., electrical, automation, or mechanical engineering) and fluent Finnish and English language skills. - We especially value the desire to develop operations and build effective cooperation with the team.
