Shift Supervisor Vantaa - PolarPro - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a shift supervisor for our client’s warehouse in Vantaa. The role involves managing a food logistics operation in a three-shift system, overseeing production flow, and supporting employees. The warehouse uses robotics and automation for goods movement, and the supervisor assists workers and solves automation challenges. Tools include a laptop, hands, ears, and mouth, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams, required. Experience in production supervisory roles and a solution-oriented, hands-on attitude are preferred. Automation warehouse or automation technician background is a plus, but interest and enthusiasm are sufficient if experience is lacking. The employment is direct with the client.
