We are now looking for a care assistant for the period from June 22 to July 26, 2026, for a summer substitute. Rinnekodit Rusokallio, opened in January 2025, offers 24-hour care for adults with mild to moderate developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Located in Helsinki's Pitäjänmäki, it consists of two 12-place group homes. The role involves ensuring a pleasant environment for clients, performing household tasks, preparing meals, and assisting with daily activities. Work is in the morning shifts on weekdays. Requirements include a care assistant qualification, hygiene pass, and basic Finnish language skills. Rinnekodit is a smoke-free and drug-free workplace, with health checks including vaccination verification. The team includes nurses, social workers, and other professionals, led by a dedicated manager. We offer a salary of 2239.95–2464.09 euros according to the G17B pay scale, comprehensive occupational health services, and a welcoming orientation.
