CNC Machinist position at a reputable and established machine shop in Parainen. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC machinist for a permanent position with our client. The company offers a stable workplace and is known for its expertise in heavy steel structures and modern machinery. Our client is a financially stable and respected machine shop that undertakes demanding contract manufacturing projects for international markets. The company's strength lies in managing large assemblies and manufacturing massive parts, which are rarely handled in other machine shops. In this role, you will be part of an experienced team that values professionalism and precision. You will work on machining medium-heavy and heavy parts. Your tasks include CNC milling, threading, drilling, independent operation and setting of Siemens-controlled machine tools, programming and making program changes (Siemens), as well as quality assurance and documentation of work phases. The work is on a two-shift schedule. We expect from you: - Experience: Several years of solid experience in CNC machining, especially milling. - Control system skills: Proficiency in Siemens control programming. - Education: Basic qualification as a machinist or in mechanical and production engineering. - Work approach: Careful, able to work independently based on drawings, and understanding the importance of quality in heavy machining.
