Security Personnel for Annual Maintenance - Avarn Security - Olkiluoto, Finland

We are seeking security personnel for the Olkiluoto nuclear power plant for fixed-term part-time employment and, if necessary, on-call permanent employment. A security officer is a person trained for the safety of the use of nuclear energy as defined in the nuclear energy laws, who uses special authority defined in the aforementioned law in their duties. The security officer secures the use of nuclear energy, ensures the safe movement of personnel and goods at the nuclear power plant, prevents the occurrence of abnormal situations and prevents illegal activities. Tasks are available mainly in annual maintenance and other possible additional orders. Part-time employment is between 10.9.2026 - 6.11.2026. For part-time employees, we guarantee at least 80h/3 weeks, but you can also work fewer hours if you wish. Salary in the security officer's position is security industry TES level 3. We require from applicants: - at least 18 years of age - valid security guard card (5y) - clean background - successfully completed use-of-force training - fluent Finnish language skills - sufficient English language skills Previous experience in security tasks is considered an advantage. For all selected candidates, a credit check and a basic personnel security clearance will be carried out with the applicant's consent, the passing of which is a condition for the start of employment. Selected persons are also required to have a passed health check, which includes drug testing.
