We are looking for a LV-installations Supervisor for a permanent position in Turku. Your daily work includes: Supervisory and resource planning – responsible for the daily resourcing, recruitment, and skill development of installers and site managers. Project management – responsible for the financial outcome, schedules, and quality of HVAC projects. Plumbing and ventilation site management – acting as the responsible site manager in demanding and exceptionally demanding projects. Customer work and stakeholder cooperation – participating in sales and negotiations with clients and other construction industry actors. Are you a builder of a functional life? You will likely enjoy working at Caverion if you have: At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Relevant education. Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and develop in the role. Ability to manage overall tasks even amidst changes. Willingness to travel if needed. Service-minded approach, good attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
