We are looking for personal assistants for gig employment in the Kangasala area. What does the work of a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, your tasks are to assist the customer in everyday chores, such as home care, shopping and hobbies outside the home. The work is unhurried and you can concretely improve the customer's everyday life. We do not expect previous experience from our personal assistants, as attitude decides in this job! The customer or a person authorized by them acts as the work leader, and Mehiläinen acts as your employer. We are looking for employees for assistance shifts mainly on weekdays, as shifts are determined according to the customer's needs. We take your wishes regarding shifts into account and always strive to find assistance targets within the best possible transport links for you. We also strive to find long-term familiar assistance customers for every employee. We hope for reliability and the possibility to commit to assistance work for a long time from assistants. We expect from the applicant adulthood, Finnish language skills (at least B1), reliability, initiative as well as a friendly and customer-oriented attitude. As the recruitment process progresses, the assistant must provide a criminal record extract for working with the elderly and disabled. The task requires a tuberculosis certificate according to Section 55 of the Communicable Diseases Act for all who meet THL's risk criteria. Personal assistant's salary: 12.79e-14.06e /h. Hourly wage according to years of experience: 0y = 12.79 €, 5y = 13.21 €, 8y = 13.63 € and 11y = 14.06€. In addition to the hourly wage, possible additions in the evenings +15%, at night +40%, on Saturdays +25% and on Sundays or public holidays +100%. In a gig employment relationship, a holiday compensation of 9% of the hourly wage is paid in connection with the salary.
