Chef - Staffpoint Holding Oy - Kuusamo, Finland

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic head chef to strengthen the kitchen team at Scandic Rukahovi in the beautiful Ruka area. In this role, you will lead daily kitchen operations and develop high-quality and memorable food offerings as part of a busy hotel restaurant. Scandic Rukahovi offers a variety of services, from à la carte to buffets and events. As head chef, you will be responsible for the functionality of the kitchen, product quality, organizing work shifts, and guiding the team. You will also participate in planning and developing operations together with the restaurant team and be involved in all daily kitchen activities. We value a leader who leads by example, maintains a positive work environment, and ensures the team succeeds even in busy situations. The position is full-time (112.5 hours/3 weeks) and permanent. The start date is flexible, from summer 2026. We are also hiring kitchen staff for the winter season at Scandic Rukahovi—please indicate in your application if you are interested only in seasonal work.
