We are looking for a bush trimmer for our client in Tampere to join a small, professional company specializing in green and garden work. If you enjoy outdoor work, working with your hands, and take pride in your work, this could be the right job for you. The main tasks involve trimming bushes, but depending on your skills and the season, you may also participate in other garden and greenery tasks such as lawn mowing, planting, garden maintenance, and other activities to improve outdoor comfort. The work sites are located in Tampere and nearby municipalities, offering varied workdays and the opportunity to work in different environments. Previous experience in bush trimming is considered an advantage. Education in green industry or gardening is a plus, but the most important qualities are a good attitude, careful work, and a willingness to learn. We value individuals who work diligently, take responsibility for their work, and want to see tangible results on clients’ properties. We offer diverse outdoor work in a pleasant work community, where you can perform varied green tasks and develop your skills. The work is available until the end of the summer season, with weekly workload varying according to the season. Compensation is based on experience and is approximately €14–16 per hour, plus efficiency bonuses for well-done work. The employment follows the collective agreement for property services. Mileage allowances are paid for using your own car for work travel. The work begins immediately once a suitable person is found. We primarily seek employees for the summer season, but we are also interested in casual workers for various garden and green tasks during the season.
