HVAC Draftsman, Granlund, Helsinki - Academic Work

As a technical draftsman/design assistant at Granlund, your work primarily involves creating 2D HVAC plans and 3D modeling, as well as documenting and managing drawings. You will utilize various design software and systems extensively. You will work closely with project managers and designers as part of a 7-member team. The team operates on a hybrid model mainly on-site at the Malmi office. Work Tasks - Preparing HVAC drawings (2D) and 3D modeling for various types of projects, such as schools, offices, and hotels - Managing and storing project documentation in project repositories - Collaborating with the project manager and designers as part of the HVAC department. We Are Looking For - Previous experience in HVAC drafting - Suitable educational background (e.g., HVAC draftsman, design assistant, or engineer) - Strong command of design software such as MagiCAD for AutoCAD and MagiCAD for Revit - General system-oriented mindset and ability to learn new systems (e.g., project repositories, Solibri, Navis, MS Office tools) - Fluent Finnish and at least moderate English skills.
