Spotters for a construction site in Espoo - RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are looking for spotters for a construction site in Espoo for our client. The work will start in August 2026. The estimated duration of the project is until January–March 2027, offering a long-term opportunity. Your tasks as a spotter mainly include supervising unloading, material lifts, and the use of personnel lifts, as well as ensuring safety on the construction site. We require proficiency in Finnish and/or English, a precise and responsible work attitude. Experience from construction sites and similar tasks is considered an advantage. You must have a valid safety card. We offer a long-term project, the possibility of a quick start, and a safe and professional working environment. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Evening and weekend work may be required. Salary: Depending on your previous experience, approximately €13–14.5/hour + additional pay, allowances, and working conditions according to the construction sector collective agreement. Apply now!
