In this role, you will utilize the potential of the business sector and the public sector in a way that creates new impact on the resilience of social and health care supply security and supports sector resilience. You will be supported by an experienced and competent team and work community with whom you will develop meaningful solutions for sector preparedness. You will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the development of social and health care supply security. Your work will focus on coordinating the team and facilitating cooperation as a team leader, ensuring the team’s strong expertise is combined into cohesive work. You will direct and coordinate cooperation between the social and health sectors and pools, and strengthen a network-based approach. You will work closely with critical companies, ministries, authorities, and other key sector actors. You will actively monitor the development of supply security and safety, as well as legislative projects. You will maintain and coordinate risk-based preparedness plans for social and health care together with the team. You will work in a multidisciplinary, network-based, and societally significant organization. The position also offers opportunities for international cooperation. The role is permanent and located in the preparedness planning and program management unit. It is an expert position, and the team leader role is supervisory (not managerial). Your immediate supervisor is the unit manager, and you will collaborate closely with other team leaders and managers of other units.
